If your abstract is ready for submission - in keeping with the format requirements (see 'Abstract Submission Process'), you can head to our online submission system above to upload your work.

All abstracts must be written in English. It is the author's responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific fact in the abstract text will be reproduced as provided by the author.

Abstract titles will be subject to a spell check if the abstract is selected for presentation.

Abstract Submission Process

  1. Abstract submitter is not required to be an Innovation Info Conference member
  2. Abstracts can be submitted through respective conference website
  3. All the presenters are requested to follow the deadlines before submitting the abstracts
  4. All abstracts must be submitted in English
  5. Submissions must be complete, conform to all guidelines, and be received by the deadline to be considered for acceptance
  6. All the presenters are requested to submit their respective PowerPoint presentations atleast a week before to the conference manager to ensure compliance with criteria set out by IIC-Innovation Info Conferences and it will remain the intellectual property of the presenter. IIC will not share this file with attendees. IIC requires the file beforehand to ensure smooth running of program. Plan to bring the PowerPoint file to the conference on a flash drive and load it on to the computer in your assigned presentation room prior to the session start time.

All Submissions must include a Biography, an Abstract, and a Photograph for use in our Program

All the abstracts shall be submitted as per the attached sample abstract template which consists of the following below mentioned fields. Any abstract not in compliance with attached sample template will not be sent to scientific committee for review process until it meets requirement as per the template available online to download.

Oral Presentation: The requirement to present an oral presentation is one should be at least PhD.

Poster Presentation: Students/delegates from the companies can present a poster. The poster size should be 1x1 sq. m.

If Approved

If your abstract is approved by abstract selection committee, presenters will receive a confirmation mail intimating them regarding the selection of their abstract for the type of presentation. Once abstract is selected and approved the next step would be registering for the conference. IIC holds the full responsibility to withdraw any abstract after approval in any inevitable circumstances.

All the presenters are responsible for all travel-related expenses. Innovation Info Conferences (IIC)- Innovation Info Conferences will arrange for room at the hotel and will notify you of your hotel option only if you have registered either under Package A or Package B Category.

Review and Selection Process:

Abstract Review

All submitted abstracts will go through a blind peer-review process carried out by an abstract selection committee. Each abstract will be sent for review to at least two reviewers. The selection of abstract is solely, the decision of scientific committee.

Scoring of Abstracts:

The minimum scoring of 2.5 on a scale of 5 will be considered as oral presentation. Any abstract less than scoring set for oral presentation will not be approved for oral presentation and may be reconsidered for poster presentation. Scoring will not be disclosed to any submitter nor the name of the reviewer is disclosed. However, it will be notified either in the form of ‘accepted’ or ‘rejected’.

Acceptance or Rejection of Abstracts

Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the presenter once we receive the approval from scientific committee. Presenter will not be entertained to request the name of the reviewer or any of the selection committee member to enquire who reviewed his/her abstract. We expect professionalism from the presenter to acknowledge the decision made by our selection committee as final thereby honouring them their due respect.

Presenters whose abstracts have been accepted will receive instructions for the presentation of their abstract either oral /poster. In order to receive these important communications, please ensure that emails from pharma@infoconferences.com are not considered as spam by your e-mail provider.

Additional Presentation

IIC- Innovation Info Conferences provides an opportunity to its participants to present more than one oral presentation i.e., one talk per session ( two talks in single session will not be entertained). However, the decision will be made by conference organizers depending upon the availability of slots and agenda.

Abstract Submission Policy

COPYRIGHT

Content presented in abstracts should not violate any copyright laws. If figures/graphics/images have been taken from sources not copyrighted by the author, it is the author's sole responsibility to secure the rights from the copyright holder in writing to reproduce those figures/graphics/images for both worldwide print and web publication. All reproduction costs charged by the copyright holder must be borne by the author.

Resubmission Policy

An already published abstract at any of national, regional or international meeting will not be entertained. The abstract will only be considered with unique content or with significant modifications done if the abstract has been already published. If the author neglects to indicate the details of when and where the preliminary or partial data has been published or presented, and the reasons for resubmitting (new methods, new findings, substantially updated information or other valid reasons), and if evidence of previous publication or presentation is found, the abstract will be rejected.

Plagiarism

The abstract selection committee regard plagiarism as serious professional misconduct. All abstracts are screened for plagiarism, and when identified, the abstract submitted by the author will be rejected.

Conference Proceedings:

All accepted abstracts will be published in conference proceedings on our website
